Problem Swap Magic USBADVANCE trouble (PS3)

I'm trying to use Swap Magic 3.6+ on my CECHAxx PS3 (unmodded/not jailbroken) to run USBAdvance and play PS2 ISOs off of a USB Drive.

As far as I can tell, I have all the files I need to run these programs, but I keep getting an error message at the black screen where you're supposed to choose a region (Pressing X for PAL, O for NTSC).

It keeps saying "USBD.IRX loading error" and that I "Need to copy USBD.IRX to mco:/B?DATA-SYSTEM.IRX"

I have the USBD.IRX file, and I copied it to a folder labled "BEDATA-SYSTEM", both of which were copied to the "Swap Magic" folder on my USB drive as per tutorials I've seen in videos & posts, but despite all that, I'm still getting the error message as if I have done nothing.

What am I doing wrong?
