switching o/s

    does anyone know how to safely switch out an mac ox/x for a windows xp system. I would think I could just erase the drive and then load on the windows but, not secure enough to try without problems.

    I don't think you can do that... Provided you have a Mac, that is.

    People have put OSX on x86 hardware, and XP on a Mac system....but without knowing which you're trying to achieve, it's hard for anyone here to direct you to a source of information.

    Meaning: what hardware are we talking here? PC or Mac?
