So is Swop Magic Any good or not? l seem to be reading a lot of problems with it, lol not good as l have just ordered Two.
im asuming you me swap magic yes its fantastic works great would prefre chip but what the hell if it isnt broken y fix it
Yes thats the one SWAP MAGIC LOL just purchased it with flip top so l'm going to back up my Games. that will be fun the thing is l'm reading a lot that people cannot get a lot of backed up games to work...is the the norm or is it just a few games that cannot be backed up?? cheers
i dont think there is n e games that cant up backed up most can quite simply using dvd decripter (a must have ) some need rebuilding or patching if ur going to go online u need to do something not sure what and finaly there are a coulpe of game on duel layer disks that have to be riped to single lager (9 gig to 5 gig) when your going to do a game search first and u will pro get an answer on what you need to do with it
will the swap magic let me play import original NTSC games on a pal system. My ps2 is chipped but doesnt seem to boot the import using the cog method, should it. I'm thinking the game might be a dud. My chip is the old neo cd2 i think, I can play back up dvd's using the cd loader, TOC refresh technique but I tried that with Katamari NTSC version and nothing. thanx
Thanks for the advice, it will be a laugh if nothing else. l should have my swap magic and flip top by sat so l will let you know how it goes...lol. l have just taken my ps2 apart it seems easy enough but we will see it needed a bloody good clean that was for sure.
