well i have symantec installed on my windows xp professinal When i i go check the event log i see alot of SCAN OMMISION.....and ive been getting alot of dem everytime i scan anyone can resolve the probelm thanks

When did you first notice a problem? Have you installed any new software or hardware lately? Any problems with the OS? Sluggish, programs hanging, or a lot of pops? Is Windows XP fully updated? What are you using for Anti-Spyware protection? What brand and model computer?
spysweeper is supposed to be anti-virus and anti-spyware, never used it though. I use AVG myself, never had a problem with it and it comes highly recommended by everyone that i have installed it for. Still, have a browse around, see what suits you best and most importantly, read up on it first. Check reviews, price and forums first.
