sync issues

    Hi guys

    heres my prob

    burnt movie to disc from an image file, resulting dvd is out of sync.
    can anyone tell me how to seperate the vid & sound files from the dvd then crop the 1st second or two from the vid so it repairs the lip sync issue.
    Any help would be greatly appreciated

    it was a downloaded image, all i did was unpack and burn with dvd decrypter
