I have some mpgs that ARE in sync, but when i demux them and make a dvd with them, they're out of sync! Does anybody have any suggestions (or does anybody know how to determine the audio delay?)

Try converting the mp2 or wav audio to ac3.But don't demux via DVDLab use Virtual Dub Mod to demux the audio. Then use Belight to convert to ac3 192 +bitrate. You will get the same audio quality but much smaller file size.

Try extracting the audio from TMPGEnc MPEG Editor or TMPGEnc Plus 2.5.Or you can load it up with DGIndex and create a project file that should demux the audio stream too.
