syncing software and drivers for motorola v551

I have 2 motorola V551 cell phones and one of them has about $115 worth of games and tones on it, i also have a synk cable for this phone. I would like to put the tones and games from one phone to the other and also back up on my comp. the cable i have didnt come with software. were can i get the software and drivers from and how do i switch the files? also on a different topic does anybody know what that little "e" with the 2 "//" under it means?
