System boot failure, insert system disc

    Hey, you've probably come across the problem before, and yes i have found the solution but i cannot do it because both my dvd-rom and cd-rw drive will not open, help!

    There is a hole in front of the DVD-drive. Stick a needle in there and the drive should open.

    You can change the boot order as well.

    i wouldn't wanna ruin my drive by sticking a needle in it lol. it was the boot order, thanks anyway.

    that hole is for emergency or non-powered ejection of the disk from the rom drive. all desktop rom drives have that hole & it won't hurt the drive.

    ...And most laptop drives as well. The drives used to come with something that looked like a bent paperclip just for this. Becides, if you can't get the disk out, then the drive is already broken!
