okay, ive basically figured out how to make the vcds but everytime i go to put it in my burning program it says my system clock refernce is at 1058 and will not work in dvd player, but i clocked add anyway and it was right it didnt work,, so how do i change my system clock reference???
I believe that it is trying to tell you that the mpeg stream is not compliant to the VCD spec. What MPEG encoder are you using? Try reencoding by loading the VCD template.
I am using the TMPGEnc and using roxio easy cd creator 5, im pretty sure the setting can be changed with my encoder, but im just not sure which setting to change!
Well, you could try burning with Nero, but if you get a message saying 'not a VCD compliant video, blah, blah' then you'll need to make sure that the VCD template you are using in tmpgenc is actually valid. Maybe download a new copy.
