System restore question

    I was wondering if system restore would restore an uninstalled programm? The reason I ask is b/c I accidently uninstalled a program w/o writing down the serial number. Just thought I'd ask before I buy it again. I appreciate any help.

    Well the Restore Point has to be after you installed it......But before ou uninstalled it
