system restore

    I have a lot of viruses on my computer and so when I boot it up I press F10 and tried to use system restore but it freezes on the gateway loading screen that directs me to the system restore directions. PLEASE HELP.. or am I doing something wrong?

    Start the computer in SAFE MODE, first try System Restore.

    We can check the issue further after we can get the computer to load windows again. Otherwise, we need to perform a system recovery.
