system restore

    have been trying to do a system restore on a pb j2301 tried several differant restore points each time comes up restore incomplete anybody help please

    Actually, it more than likely says that it can't restore to a previous restore point.

    Backup all of your important data, and do a format C:, and reinstall your OS and programs.
