My computer seems to be taking a very long time to run programs but once the programs are running the speed improves. I have checked my usage and I am only using 1/4 of my hard drive. I have Norton Internet Security and have checked for viruses but there are none. I really don't have aclue what to do and i'm afraid that I might have to reboot my computer which I don't really want to do. Please help..
