    Hi,

Whenever I start up WinDVR 3, it mutes my volume controls for MIDI and CD audio, and, when I exit, it mutes my master volume control.

My system configuration is as follows:
    CPU: AMD Athlon XP 2400
    Mobo: ASUS A7N8X Deluxe
    RAM: 256MB Atlas Precision Brand PC2700 +
    512MB Kingston PC2700
    HDD: 40GB 7200RPM Maxtor IDE
    GPU: Chaintech GeForce FX 5200
Audio: nForce built-in audio (5.1 analog to Creative Inspire 5300 5.1 speakers)

If it matters, I get my TV signal over a composite cable connected to a DirecTV receiver, and I get my audio signal over a RCA-to-miniplug Y-adapter connected to the same receiver.

I really appreciate any help you guys may have to offer me!

    Thanks!

Are you useing the "Line In" Input on your Sound Card for Audio Capture?? WinDVR 3.0 expects that you will be useing the Line-In or AUX-in so that is Maybe why it mutes all of the Other Inputs because they can cause audio Interferance...

    Hi,

Yep, I am using the Line-In. Any further ideas?

    Thanks!
