Ok but when i type the first command it says "the command is not recognized Type HELP for a list of supported commands."

    it looks like this:

    C:\WINDOWS>cd\windows\system32\drivers
The command is not recognized Type HELP for a list of supported commands

What could the problem be ?

Is it possible to take ntfs.sys file from another computer with the same windows and paste it on the laptop hard drive ?
