T-mobile V3 razr - How to apply own ringtones

    I have been cruising the forum and looking online but is there a way to apply my own wall paper and ringtones without unlocking the phone. Does unlocking the phone do anything why in service other then let you change it when you are done with that contract.

    Sorry for the Noob question
