is there any software to go through your pc and orginize your mp3's by genre of artist. and to fill in the blanks if i only have song name to fill in the cd title and artist. thanks
there are literally hundreds of tagging apps out there. there are some decent ones that are free, such as Mp3Tag, but I have tried out many of them, and the best one I have ever come across and have been using for the past few years is called Tag&Rename. It has many many more features than the basic taggers. You can try it for free unrestricted with the 30 day trial, and is well worth the $30 to register it in my opinion. Especially if you have a very large unorganized music collection, Tag&Rename is the way to go.
