bought a used Nokia 6500 slide from eblag. Was on 3 but seller said it was unlocked and should work on O2 with my SIM.

Phone just asks for a 'Restriction Code' when starting with my SIM

Read about this on here but all info over 2 year old, what's the current situation plesae?

    Thanks

if fone is ok and works, also he is going to pay to unlock it
Then you have got what you wanted in the first place!!!
more than likely it could have been a genuine mistake about it been unlocked, as seller could have tought it was.
