Im not sure what happend. I was scanning on Spybot and removing some viruses then it told me to restart. So i restarted and im stuck. When i press ctrl alt del or ctrl shift esc it says "Task Manager has been disabled by administrator." I have kapersky running on start. So im not sure if thats gonna help me because i cant see my icons or anything. I have seen that many people have had this case before but none, i have witnessed showed a cure. Im on a diffrent computer (of course)
Also the farthest i can go normally is into the login screen. Then once i log in im pretty much ruined. Im not sure if i have the windows cd. EDIT: NOW I HAVE THE POWER TO GO ON and my icons are here. A black screen that says "Many viruses have been found on your computer such as..." and its redirecting everything i press in google. What the hell. I am now scanning with kapersky.
First thing you're gonna need to do is get any viruses off your system... whether it's going in Safe Mode and running your Virus Scan or running it off a CD. I know that my avast! updated twice today, so you may want to double check for updated virus definition files. After thoroughly running a few different virus scans and cleaning it out, I'd run MalwareBytes AntiMalware and make sure that it's updated. If you still can't access Task Manager, I'd look at this webpage and try these steps out... http://windowsxp.mvps.org/Taskmanager_error.htm
Over the time i was away. I learned that trying to defending from whatever is attacking my computer restarts the computer. So the avast i tried using makes it restart every time i go on the computer. Each time it does that the closer i get to the icons popping up. Thank you for the help. Im going to try it now. EDIT: Im trying to scan my computer with kapersky on safemode. Then ill scan with spybot. Then Malwarebytes
