ok heres the thing, my friend was playin around on my pc last night and now theres a weird thing happening, used to be when a window was minimized i would click the tab on the taskbar to maximize it then when i was done with it i would click the tab once more to minimize it again, well now it maximizes as normal but when i click the tab again it will not minimize, just stays like its only bringing into focus. Any ideas on what may have been altered? thanx edit- also i just noticed that when i hover mouse pointer over icons in the system tray the baloon tips are half hidden behind the taskbar, very annoying! edit- ok i restarted pc (doh! why didnt i do this first) and the min max thing is back to normal but the baloon tip thing is still happening.
Any particular theme you are using? I've noticed that with some themes out there, or theming software, the popup balloons end up behind the taskbar.
