We've just ordered a modular CD-RW from Dell for our new Inspiron 8200. I suppose we're getting whatever they currently include with their systems, and we were told it's a Teac. Are any of you familiar with Teac's CD-RW drive(s) for laptops? I belive it writes at 24X max. I've read a few good things about Teac writers, but do you suppose that goes for a model like this as well?
I don't know anything about especially that model, but yes TEAC is a very respected brand in the CD-R scene.
