they claim that the server is faulty and sometimes crashes. This is another possible lie. Anyways why would they host their site on GeoCities? At the end of the day it is probaly some random kids, messing about with photoshop and their imaginations.
I dont know about team exodus, honestly, have any of you ever heard about them? you know if it was team xcuter then yes I would believe them in an instant, I also wonder why everything is being hosted on geocities and myfiles. In all honesty I dont think a firmware upgrade to a dvd burner is a good idea, especially when you risk breaking your burner in the process. I come from a sat tv testing background and i'm always cautious when it comes to downloading and installing programs on my computer, access card or reciever, its no different with my gamecube, I honestly am happy that I have a modchip and I believe it's been a good investment because i'd rather rent a game for $0.99 than have to buy it for $59.99 I think the $40 I paid for the chip has paid itself off
First look at the name they use EXODUS TEAM. Team Exodus is big enough to have there own site. http://www.teamxodus.com/ They do alot of Xbox stuff. So this will be a P.T. Barnum site for Exodus Team. For those who have no clue, a sucker is born every minute. I don"t think this software will replace what hardware is already doing. I know who team Xodus is, they're different than team exodus, which seem to have ripped off the name with different spelling

Loading a backup game without any soft or hard mod was done with Dreamcast.You just burn a selfbootable game and play.. Don't know what to say about GC... maybe something good will come out of this idea..or maybe they will figure out how to make Gcos launch without any mod..(Gcos is a program for GC that can load backups and homebrew etc....but it needs a softmod like Action Replay or Max Drive Pro ..lol)
i made a post about making a bootable disk but noone wants to try it . I cant try it cos i dont have Linux as operation system!
The reason it's possible on Dreamcast is because the only copy protection the Dreamcast has is the GD-rom. Other than that, it has nothing stopping homebrew and back-ups.
