Team Jungle: 'All new checks found' - iXtreme LT Progress

All new checks found, all fws (stealth and non-stealth) will fail these checks and get flagged for banning, except LT!

 

I am so glad to finally hear something from them. It went really quiet after Christmas. Hope it releases soon, since they have confirmed LT passes all checks. Longing to play MW2 so badly.

 

who cares it probably wont be out before the next wave anyways. Im fine with 1.61 for now. f*$& lt

 

i'm with hooter...too much hype, too much bs and by the time LT is finally released MS will probably put new checks in place to detect it. Live is too much fun to sit around waiting for LT

 

Lol dosnt surprise me that it has been said that checks are berformed. I have 2 here that have been sat on 1.61 since middle of november and they havn't been banned i have friends who played on live all through the ban wave and they wern't banned and i have friends that were.
From as far as i can make out with whats been said we will have to pay for the new LT firmware so those that want to be "safe" can w8 and pay extra for it but im of the thinking that sod it if i get banned i can just reboot 1 off my other RROD console and i'm back up and running again

 

im still on live,,i made it through the wave,,even if i got banned its not the end of the world,,its starting to get stupid on live now because theres 4 year olds on,,wow thats fun to play with,,and yes 1.61 works for me,,

It doesn't matter if it's not out by the next wave considering that waves will not affect LT.

 

I for one am glad to hear it will HOPEFULLY be coming out soon. I have been waiting to mod mine until it came out because I don't care to ruin a brand new perfectly fine xbox.

As for the paying part, if its cheaper than one game so what...
not to mention people gladly replace their banned consoles because they figure they are still coming out on top financially, its smarter to just pay a little to get what SHOULD be a safe mod and not have to replace your console after every wave...

 

We'll have to wait and see about that, won't we?

 

For all you slow people out there, let me break this down for ya.

Team Shit and C4E will keep this up and scare the crap out of the village idiots with updates like what they posted recently that the ONLY way you'll be safe is if you use LT.......... and LT ain't gonna be free.

If you want to play backups of XB360 games and never get banned, DON'T EVER CONNECT TO XBL! I promise you that if you never connect to XBL playing backups, you will NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER get banned.

If you play backups on XBL, you WILL get banned at some time down the road. Chances are 98% of this happening. No LT/ET/BET/E! firmware will be 100% safe. Why can't people figure that out????

Either BUY your games and play on XBL without fear of banning or use backups and iXtreme and stay the *bleep* off XBL.

What, when Team Sh, I mean TJ and C4E release their PAID version of LT do you think nobody at Microsoft has a PayPal account or credit card and won't send a 360 off to get LT installed so they can start looking for ways to detect it? Exploits are a 2 way street.

Since I'm on my soapbox, it cracks me up all the effort that XB360 homebrew authors are putting into getting Genesis, NES, SNES emulators working. Congratulations, you just turned your $300 investment into a machine that plays 20 year old games at 10 fps. If all you want to do is play crappy XBL arcade games and emulate old consoles, buy a freaking Wii and welcome to the world of virtual console titles where games play at full speed and everything works. The Wii has been FULLY hacked and already does everything you're trying to do with homebrew on the 360. FFS, work on homebrew apps that do what XBMC did on the original XBOX or something worthy. Enough with these shitty emulators of ancient systems that aren't even running at 1/10 speed.

And you people that get banned and buy ANOTHER 360 to just play backups on XBL, are you insane? Hmmm....$200 for a new arcade model or spend $60 for the real game so I won't get banned again.........yeah, $200 is better. You're just as dumb as the people who get RRoD after RRoD and since your 360 is modded you can't send it in for free repair so you just keep buying new consoles. Show MS that their hardware sucks balls by not buting any more 360's. If my first 360 (which is modded) ever has a hardware problem, I'm done with it. F MS. No way I'm spending another $200 for horrible hardware.

official announcement 2 gene is a tool bag.

1) you can send modded consoles in for repair (ive done it)
2) no-one pays 200 bucks for a replacement console. ebay that crap for around 50 bucks. if my math is correct, thats cheaper than a game.
3) where are you finding these NES games that ran at 100 fps?? i mean that is the case if the NES roms are running at 10 fps, and that is not even 1/10 of their original speed.

if you're going to get up on your liquid soap box, at least know what the hell you are talking about.

 

I'm not really believing anything that comes out of Team Jungle anymore. They say the firmware is done November 30, then say it is delayed for testing of lower quality discs, and then say it is just delayed indefinitely for no reason. With all the rumors swirling around about backstabbing and them wanting to charge for LT, this message makes perfect sense. Let's scare the general modding public into not going with a firmware already out so we can continue to iron out the kinks in what it would take for us to charge for LT.

I've had a brand new system sitting here for about a month debating on whether or not to go with 1.61 or continue to wait for LT. If they would just release anything about it saying why it's delayed, it would put my fears to rest and I would easily wait for LT. I don't even mind if the announcement is that they will charge for it. I've bought modchips for consoles in the past, so I have no problem paying for something now.

Well, considering the last banwave that hit all versions of ix, I don't think TJ is just using scare tactics. The bannings were real.

 

If you have ever used Jungle flasher or IXtreme firmware before, congratulations you have benefited from the hard work of C4E and Team Jungle and it was all FREE-OF-CHARGE!

There are all these people who go on and on about LT is fake or team jungle is this and that... this is not the place to vent your frustrations. I am sure that if LT was released tomorrow, your 360s would be flashed in minutes so all these hissyfits are not necessary.

1. If you don't like the developers or just dont want to wait for LT then dont! It costs you nothing... use original firmware.

2. If you don't have anything good to say then shut the hell up.
