After many questions and threads i have decied to get a 80cm motorised satillie and a techomate 1500 box.My question this time is with the motorised satillie does this need to be faceing up in the air does it need a wide open space on the roof,what is the best place i should place this and is there a direction it should be.
if you have a back garden i would put there on a pole or if u want to put it on your roof you will have to make sure you can get a full 360 degree turn on it and its not blocked by your chimney because there are sattelites all over the place to search for
If i was to put this on a pole how high must the pole be,my back garden im quite closed intheres a 15 ft wall behind me and my hose in front of me,my garden is about 30 ft by 15 ft.I can see this is not going to be as easy as i first thought.
it dosent need to be high at all just once its clearing the ground 3 or 4 foot would be fine and probaly the same distance from the wall or if you have a garden shed stick it on that
