Telewest Installation

    Just got myself a dbox2 however I have not got telewest tv installed yet. Is it possible to take a feed from my internet cable and use that as an input. Or alternatively take a feed directly from the brown box outside my house?

    Or will I just have to pay telewest the £25 to install?

    if your internet is telewest just split the cable feed with a splitter, it's exactly the same cable for internet and TV.

    Just as I suspected, thanks. Will this effect the signal quality of the internet or TV?

    not by much I run 2 boxes and a modem off te one cable no problem
