temp file creation problem

i can't install some software after formatting vista from boot using acronis true image home 10 . when trying to install some programs it keeps telling me it can't create temp file or maybe you don't have permission for the temporary folder or the size on the disk is enough and i have more than 30 giga bit free in system partition and i have total control for that folder
please how can things return as before i still can't understand why this problem happens

actually i formatted using acronis disk director not true image cause it's a software for system backup and restore not for managing partition
