Template question (PAL/NTSC/NTSCFilm)

    I read the guide called "Convert DivX video to VideoCD format with VobSub subtitles"

    It said:
    From this box you can select one of the TMPGEnc's preset settings templates. Select one of these: VideoCD (PAL) (if your original video's framerate is 25.00fps), VideoCD (NTSC) (29.97fps) or VideoCD (NTSCFilm) (23.97fps) and click OK.

    Well, I was converting some avis thinking they all have the same framerate (but are different now that i checked). I was just wondering if choosing a wrong template (NTSCFilm instead of NTSC for example) will have an effect on the resulting mpg file, because I think it still plays fine.

    hmmm, it could have but i wouldnt think it would be anything serious!
