Terrible transfer speeds from pc to xbox

I have a speed of about 50kb/s from my pc to softmodded xbox.

I have done everything possible to make it that 8000 or so I always hear about, but can't do anything

Can someone please help me out? Ask any questions, I will answer whatever you need to help.

Is your network card pc end set for full duplex? and if so are you running an old 10mb/s hub somewhere on your internal network??

 

yea. I had set it to that, and autonegotiation, neither of them did anything positive.
