I have a flashed Samsung shd-62d drive; clone cd, and a dual layer burner installed. My question is. What else do I need? Thank in advance.

 

you need to read the tutorials that are out here on how to back up games, or download and install XBC or schtrom and get an image of your game, and then burn it. oh yea, you also need some dual layer discs, and a modded 360.

 

the blank DUAL LAYER DVDS you need HAVE GOT TO BE VERBATIUM. Dont come back in two days with a post that says my games cant be read because you didnt buy VERBATIUMS. have a nice day.

 

sorry, forgot to put that important part in there, i figured the op (haha) would have read over this once he decided to read the tuts i pointed him towards.

 

I forgot to mention that I have some memorex DVD+RDL blank. I also have a flash xbox360 that plays backups. I'll do my homework (read the tutorials),and come back afew days. Thanks for your response

 

but use VERBATIMS, not memorex. trust us

I downloaded schtrom, but when I hit extract it says " only xbox backup extraction is supported on this drive". I also hear a crowd booing me ?

yes you can, simply use nero or something similar and use the 1:1 copy. also, in schtrom, is your kreon drive selected? you may want to download XBC and try it out as well.

 

I used my kreon flashed shd-62d drive. I was told that the shd-62c was discontinued. The kerion flased 62d is equal to the 62c?

 

For the record; eairler When I said "I didn't have a problem extracting the backup copy I bought." I did mention in the same sentence that I had the original, and I couldn't extract it. I'm here because I want to backup my own games.

well im glad to see you give up after having to wait 2 says for a response. most of us members on here believe it or not, actually have lives, jobs, and other things to do than to writing on here all the time. but what version of schtrom are you using? and did you ever try XBC?
