Hi, ive been a browser of this forum for a long time, rarely post as I arent the most tech savvy of guys so I get the info that I need and am as patient as can be, over the last few days we have all had the usual 50 calls over when is my tv coming back on etc - If you are that bothered then call and pay for it, if not then BE PATIENT and remember when we were kids and were taught that patience is a virtue. Now ive searched all over the net for these keys, fixes, toolbars, bin files, loaders you name it etc and suffice to say I got the temporary solution and have my boxes working - IT REALLY IS NOT THAT HARD TO FIND THE INFO YOU NEED !! G O O G L E !!!! I for one would like to thank whoever the people out there are that strive to give us the freedom of subscription charges and who write the codes etc and are usually one step ahead of the game so to speak, so thanks guys whoever you are we ALL appreciate it, its just some of us are so driven by t.v that once box in the corner doesnt work we forget how to survive...be patient...go out for once..talk to your children maybe !!! BUT MOST OF ALL BE PATIENT AND LETS NOT GET THE PEOPLE IN CHARGE OF THIS FORUM SO RILED THAT THEY MAY CLOSE VERY THREAD AND THEN THERE WOULD BE NO FORUM. Flame me as you may want to...it would only serve to prove my point upon your impatience !
homer77, I would agree with you but people are just not knowing this stuff, or how file guys work. I am a file guy for satellite files, so I do know. I live in Ireland so my cable is still ok, but it is always there that this may happen tomorrow. This is why I have both cable and sat. The best way to think on this is like this, I have my boxes for over 2 years and have really got my moneys worth, even if it did not open back up, so I am a winner. I own my own website for satellite gear and files, we also hold the cable files, so I am used to seeing this sort of PANIC POSTING. It is not uncommon in this sort of thing. I too will add a quick thanks to the staff of this great site, as these guys don't get paid for their time, they enjoy being here. Regards to all and thankyou homer77 for your post. Pete
