the best dvd recorder?

    I'm asking this question becasue I'm completly confused. I have no idea about what to buy.
    Plextor PX-716SA was my first choice but then I saw a NEC ND3540A Dual Layer DVD±RWwhich had the same score from every webiste and was ranked very high and is cheap. But then I saw in a report that it had many errors while burning.

    Myself I have the plextor 716, great burner and are very happy with, would highly recommened this to any one

    I have the 716 and can't enough about it, it's an fantastic burner. I don't have the 3540 but do have the 3520. It's an excellent burner but not quite as good as the Plextor. Even with hacked firmware on the 3520 the Plextor is better.
