I just got this and I almost stupidly believed it take a read:

When you go to the link it actually asks for account number, expire date, and PIN numbers. This could be very bad for someone. If anyone gets a message like this do not belive it. This is a company, they have a NYSE code USB, but with tacktics like this I would avoid them with all costs.

i got a similar email which more or less had the same wording except it was for citibank.I rang the bank and well they said they couldnt discuss it with me as apparently some one had targeted there clients and was trying to fleece there accounts .Funny thing still cant work out where they got my name, let alone my email but it didnt really matter as i dont have a citibank account .Accordingly a lot of banks in the great land down under are also being targeted. Some people are just so inventive in how they pull scams and i had heard a fool and his money are soon parted.

    so guys beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
