the box 2 turning its self off

help please got a s@"£$%^ 2 the box butit keeps turning its self off after aboot 10 mins n$l glasgow

does the box reboot itself straight after switching off?
if so you may need to update your software version

no box goin on channels ther but some times pic gose 1st and u can stil hear then it just switches off m8

 

you may need to update firmware alright
the sticky's at top of page should give you all the info and links you need or try a factory reset but i don't think that will work!
