THE BOX and lost scrambled channels

    This is just a note in case it happens again. If you lose all scrambled channels and a factory reset and scan plus loading the latest software do not work(software API ver:4.50e_E boot ver:7.o) try this,after doing the abovein the CAS System menu reset the Default key.
    Hope it does not happen to any body but just in case
