hi there everyone, first of all i have the box API ver : 8.02e_E, boot ver : 7.0, im in the uk, now im not sure if virgin have sent a spike down to scramble the channels but i have lost most of em, i have done an automatic scan, no joy, so i did a factory reset, scanned and turned emu on still no joy, all the free channels work but the sky range and other pay channels dont work. does anyone else have this problem and is there away around it except for giving it back to my man to sort out, at a charge? i havent got any cables to link it up to pc if its a case of updating the firmware, but wud like to know what and where to get em?

    many thanx in advance

put the latest firmware on your box you are running old firmware

V8.04 is the latest firmware you need

also before you do that go back into the menu 1570 press the set default key then go back out to the channels and see do they clear if not its updating your firmware time
