I'm having a problem settin up my digibox, it's called "The Box" i set it up through the autoscan and the full list of channels are up but only a handfull of them are working, the rest are coming up blank with a sign saying "Info, scrambled or bad channel" popping up, i know i probably need to put in some codes or something but i'm lost at the moment, my cable provider is NTL and i'm living in Dublin.

You do not need to input codes but you do need to have the correct firmware, more than likely you only have FTA firmware, press menu and system info and post what it says.

Like Scouser said , you probally have 2.60 installed and need to update to 4.50 in order to view "all" channels

If you have 4.50 installed .... Press Menu then 1570 and turn the EMU key ON , and exit back to viewing

    On system info it says

    API version: 4.54e
    Boot ver: 7.0
    22Oct. 2007

I pressed Menu and 1570 and nothing happened.

You need to have the logo file flashed also.

yeah, you need a null modem cable and to load the software to the box. if you look at the link above it has the software. Its very simple. to be honest I have 4.50 on my box and it works away no problem.
