the box code!

Hi guys , can anyone please tell me the code to put in so i can turn the emu on please , i just recently bought the box and i dont know the code i have a starview and i know how to operate that info the 2004, can some one please help.

You need to flash your box to the latest version as "The Box" usually comes with only FTA firmware installed.

another question does the box 2 auto update?
i have the original starview box it is working fine , i want to give 1 to my cousin just want to know which 1 to give? which 1 is better starview or the box 2?

As far as I know with the latest firmwa*e installed and the codes do autoroll , its up to you which one you like best as they both basically do the same thing

 

ok, thanks for the info, i am still unsure which 1 2 give him because the original starview you cannot get any more, the only good think about the box 2 is the epg is good. is there a file for starview to sort out the epg?

You can try this

INFO & EPG

Menu > User Setup > Go down to Time Setting and set the time >
Go accross and Time Zone = GMT + 00.00 >
Current Time = AUTO > Summer Time = ON >
Oress Ok then Exit , Exit

yeah its ok sometimes!! guess will have to wait till a new firmware comes out. can you please tell me which is better starview or the box 2??

Bascially the both do the same thing , I only have a SV so dont know much about SV2
