The Box - EPG

    Hello Everyone

    I have The Box, all set up and everything is working fine except the EPG.

    The box seems to be trying to download EPG info but after about 2 mins the box crashes to a green screen and resets itself.

    I'm using the N*L network in the North East

    Any ideas on how I can fix this or is the EPG something I have to live without?

    By the way tried this on 2 other boxes and both crashed in the same way, possible software issue?

    yip, software issue. There is a fix in process which will be released by the makers coming very soon.

    Can you go to Menu > System Information and tell us what it says

    Ok you have the latest softwa*e installed , but you can try this and it might help

    INFO & EPG

    Menu > User Setup > Go down to Time Setting and set the time >
    Go accross and Time Zone = GMT + 01.00 >
    Current Time = AUTO > Summer Time = ON >
    Oress Ok then Exit , Exit
