the box firmware

    i've the box which wouldn't startup, just getting stuck on the box screen.

    i changed the software, old and the latest, still nothing, one green dash on the display.

    so i installed starview 1 software on it, took few attempts to do, the box is working fine, auto updated itself.

    will the software affect the box in anyway or do i need to install the proper software for it?

    which firmware should i use on the box,i've put version 451uk on and im living in eire.will this work o.k.
