the box help needed no channels

hi
wonder if any one can give me some help?
my 12 yr old son decided he would change the time on the box but has totally knacked the box up
i have done a scan for channels but i cannot get hardly any channels
going by the channels we are receiving its basically the freeview channels
this box is the version 2 one i think
(silver case )
i think we must have lost the software which allows us to receive the other channels
any help would be great

 

quickest way factory reset 0000 to delete,power off box at back/on and autoscan ur provider,when finished,switch emu on,
menu1570 key emu to on and exit out of system.do not scan thru splitters only direct feed.

just got the job of sorting channel order now
the pain in the but bit lol
