Hi, I am very new to all of this will probably sound like a complete noob so I will appologise now! I recently bought an old "The Box" DVB-C box .... It keeps freezing and I need to re scan all the time!! It will also just say channel scrambled half the time. Do I need to update the firmware/software? If so how would I do this? And where would I find the firmware/software? Many thanks in advance.
