the box manual tuning help

after a rescan i find i am missing a plus1 channell is there any way you can manual scan for an individual channel without doing a full delete and rescan on the box 2 thanks

 

Just do an autoscan. Missing channel will apppear at the end of your channel list. If it is listed but not showing delete it before autoscan.

 

thanks scouser but do i have to go through deleting all the channels and then doing an auto scan,or do i just go to menu and auto scan or how do i do it thanks

 

No need to delete any channels only if said above. Just go to autoscan, this will not delete any channels.

 

thanks scouser will give it a go and post back ,i just go to menu and input 0000 then go to autoscan is that right sorry just a newbie thanks

 

No menu, user installation and then autoscan, thats it.
