Hi all, have the BOX works fine in Dublin, fails in appt in Ratoath, think the N*L service is mmds but not sure, anyone have same issue? Cheers
Firstly, you sure its NTHELL in Ratoath? the normal box works on mmds and true cable on nthell. if you are sure it nthell, you need to factory re-set and re-scan on your provider. As if its MMDS its a totally different freq than on true cable and if you have channels on your box already thats set up to run on true cable, you have to re-tune the box for MMDS. EDIT - Just found out that Ratoath is not totally digital, its mostly analogue. but try the above none the less
