the box no signal problem

    replaced power unit on the box flashed with latest software 4.57 .working perfectly unscrambling all channels no prob.
    only problem seems to be when i unplug box for a while and then plug it back in it takes about 5-10 minutes for any signal to kick in (n*l dublin)anyone else encounter this problem

    can anyone point in the directions of photos of inside "the box"
    especially the power unit part any links out there please
