Hi i have "the box" and just this morning all the channels (except bbc 1- channel 5) have gone doesnt appear to be any signal bars when switching to sly sports etc do i have to do a re-install? thanks
hi mate, id wait a while. I got the eurovox max and its happened today on it. Id sit tight, and wait a few hours, and hopefully the lads here will solve it.

Is your cable down in general, because if it is you'll just have to wait till the service provider gets it sorted, if your cable is down you won't get channels.
Hi, I havent had any problems with these for ages... I think the last time i had a prob here, was the 8% signal problem, like you said, about 4-5 months ago it got sorted. I remember there was a day or two of commotion on the net, then the fix came etc etc... Im sure this will get sorted. Experience has told me to stop trying to rush and re-install and find the channels. If only i could re-install the kids with no memory of the channels...lol Peace, RedEyeZ
well im using virgin broadband, so i doubt cable is down in my area, its possible though! im guessing a few others are having similar problems then?? thanks
Yes, there are lots having same problem the service provider was down and I believe is back now hope your back also.
