the box not powering up

    when i turn the box on all i get is one green light come on and no display on tv the box dont even power up has anyone with any ideas how to solve this problem

    what box is it Starview ??

    when did you last update the firmware on this box

    is the box powering up if it is go back and put earlier firmware on your box and see will that bring it back to the way it was after that we can move on from there ok
