Hi, This is so frustrating. Have had starview the box since last summer. All worked fine until codes started changing alot last week. Up until then I never had to re-enter codes so guess it had 'auto update' function on it somehow. Anyway, it was down couple days so then I entered the latest codes. No joy. I did turn off at back etc thing, checked emu was on etc but no joy. Did factory reset and tried all again. Have latest codes on it but still no channels are found. Very strange. Version is: API version: 4.50e_E Boot version 7.0, 5th July 2007. Any ideas PLEASE???? It's wrecking my head now! Thanks
The box updates itself so there was no need to manually input codes or factory reset,make sure all you connections are secure your coaxil is plugged into cable input your scart is secure in the tv on box and also see if your channels are coming in on your tv without the box
Thanks for quick reply. Double checked all connections there and all fine (hadn't touched them since it was working). Channels are coming in on tv without the box. Just tried auto scan again there but still nothing. It's bizarre and wrecking my head! Any other ideas? Thanks again
sorry cant think off anything at the moment mates went off in rathmines the other night told him to switch it off,when he turned it on this morning it was ok,if you do get it back up and running and its stuck on code updating go back into the cas menu and press the set autodefault button,have alook out for sc0ucer or celt71 they may be able to think of something.

Menu > Factory Setting PIN 0000 OK to delete Turn box off at the back for a minute and turn back on English > Installation Choose Provider etc Automatic Scan Press OK Channels found Exit Press Menu then 1570 Turn EMU key ON Exit , exit , exit
