the box not working

    I have "the box" sv2 version (I believe) for nearly two years and only had one code change which worked. Unfortunately this time its gone blank and I am unable to fix it. I live in Galway city and my provider is ntl. Any help please

    is there no power? does anything happen when u use the remote?

    i have power and the channel name and number appear on the tv but then i get a blank screen. is this box obsolete.
