Hi, I have the box super and it works fine. just got the original the box my boyfriend tried it out in his house before he gave it to me and it worked fine but when i tried it in mine it just says updating and won't move off zero per cent. i've tried everything listed in these forums, turning it off, unplugging it, reinstalling all the stations (the stations are all there just not working...except rt£1??) and tried set default key on loads of the stations. it worked in his house only yesterday we both have same cable provider and my other box works. please help!
I'm having the exact same problem. I have a eurovox running from same connection and it's working perfectly. I'm in one of those areas that received the letter from UPC about upgrading... I hope it hasn't finally happened
Haven't received anything about updates yet. Would one box work and not the other? yeah EMU key is defo on. I've tried everything from the last ten pages in these threads! can't understand why its working in one house and not another.
Just trying to figure out a fix... what do you mean when you say: Haven't received anything about updates yet. also I presume : your trying to update on Sly sports? try BBC 1 this sometimes works. Make sure that the connections at the back are pushed in fully!!
hey thanks for all your help i was going thru all he stations one by one and eventually it updated on m+v too.
