the box please help

    my box keeps turning off and on about every half hour it has been updated but still doing it doing my head in please help

    What API version is on your box ? to find out press menu on your remote and select system information.If you're in Ireland it should be 4.50,if you're in the UK it should be 4.51.
    You may need to re-flash the box to fix the problem.
